wanted to drop you a note to say Thank You for offering good products and for
providing such good customer service.I
ordered my Connect-A-Dock system from Lake Holcombe Marina at the end of
February.I ordered this system because
I needed a dock that would work in a marshy area that transitions into
water.In addition, I needed a dock that
I could leave in the water year round.
Connect-A-Dock provided the right product because roll in docks would
never work with our lake frontage.Over
time the cost of this dock system will be much less than conventional docks that
will need to be replaced many times over.
At the
end of April my dock was installed in one afternoon.The guys that installed my dock were great to
work with and made sure that I was satisfied with how it looked before they
left.Now, we have a dock that is
straight and flat for the first time.It
was easy to install and the dock configurations are endless.I've only had the dock a short time and
already neighbors have commented on how nice it looks.
I'm impressed with the dock system and the quality workmanship that came
with it.

Earlier today I spoke with Andy from Lake Holcombe Marina. My call was a bit
unusual, as I was calling from Anchorage Alaska for pricing information on a
Floe V-4000 boat lift. My dilemna was that I did not have a second resourse to
call here in Alaska for a competive bid on a Floe lift. I also felt somewhat
guilty taking up the time of a salesman in a different location for pricing when
I had no intention of purchasing a lift from them.
I explained this to Andy, and he was still excited about assisting me. He
provided additional insights and information about the lift and various options
that we should consider. His assistance was exteremly helpful for us. The good
news for us is that the pricing we received in Alaska was consistent with what
Andy provided (after adding shipping charges).
If I lived in the area - Andy and his company would have our business.

Thank you for your SUPER service. I can't
say enough good things about your business.
A lot of confidence is displayed yourself and Joe the technician, not
the sales pitch, just the information I'm looking for and everything done in a
professional manner. You said I would be happy, you were right. Thanks for
sticking around late too, having Joe put the boat in the water for a test run,
etc. I can't imagine another marina that would even consider doing those things. Rest assured, I'll
let others know when they are in need of a great marina.
